Help with webmaster tools problem

I keep getting the "Duplicate Title Tags" error in my html improvements section of webmaster tools.

I saw that a legacy page that I thought was deleted was actually still online and indexed.

10 days ago I deleted this page and submitted a url removal request via webmaster tools. Still the error does not clear.

Any tips advice and I already posted this question 10 times on webmasters forum and no one has any advice.

You'll sometimes get weird errors in webmaster tools and they take forever to clear. I wouldn't worry about it. It should go away in a month or so. The duplicate title tag shouldn't hurt your ranking anyway.
