SEO Help Needed with Long Tail Keyword

Dear Warrior,
I am in the finance niche.
I have found many long tail keywords and want to cash in on many.
I have set up a squeeze page and will make a list for future marketing
but that was not needed mandatory.
As my strategy would be to go after those long tail keywords,
how can I get traffic from those.
It's not wise to write article for every keywords and do backlink to them.
What you will suggest folks?
Exp. my website is dogtraining.com
and I want to target some other keywords like: puppy training, easy dog training, cheap dog training, etc.
And I want to direct all the traffic to my squeeze page.
Second thing, If I want to target some metros,
how can that be possible?
Exp. dog training florida, evening dog training montana, etc.
