Can't find my site in adwords managed placements

Hey all,
I am trying to target a couple of specific sites in adwords by using managed placements on the GDN. However, when I type in some sites they don't appear. Now I know they run adsense as I can see their ads, and I very much doubt that they would know how to clock certain sites from advertising on them.
Why can I not find them?
To test this, I have another site that runs adsense and blocks nobody, when I search for this site in the managed placements tool, it also does not appear.
