Adsense change payee name

Dear warriors , Due to my geographical location i have to close my adsense account in order to change the payee name . But i am hesitant , should I close it temporarly or permanantly .

they dont allow to change it , for arabs country , bro

Yes i know bro , i should close the account then reopen it , but i dont know which option to choose when closing the account , closing temporarly or permenantly

Better to create new account with new address, rather than closing old account.

Google provide one account per person for adsense so far i remembered.
