Thanks for above kind response, I am going to buy 15 different tittle and description from this fiverr gg and my plan is every tittle and description to 20 social bookmark in one day. Then use next different tittle and description with another site url to 20 social bookmark, does this good for serp? Need advice.

its a great tool. try using different anchor text and choose high pr blogs. i guess that should work. more importantly you should consider the number of bookmarkings you do in a day. avoid doing bookmarking in excessively exceeding numbers.

Absolutely correct. Manual Submission is always preferred. But if you don't have sufficient time then try Odesk or Elance to hire professional social bookmarking experts to do this job for you.

I would not advise doing that at all, Google absolutly hates duplicate content, even if it's spun, you take the risk of it not even making any sense. Furthermore, if your site is new, has no or very little backlinks then all of a sudden hundreds are being build overnight, this will send up red flags. Don't take the lazy route, submit them manually one by one with different titles and descriptions.

in addition to this you would also need to span addition maybe for 2-3 days so you wont get 15 or 20 good PR links in exact same time

I'm not sure there are even ten high quality bookmarking sites left much less 40 sites. So long as you don't mind taking the risk of getting bad back links and can have the links removed easily, you might try it. At least, you could get traffic off this link.

For quality social bookmarking, I used to submit 3 or 4 different titles and descriptions manually. It helps to reduce some duplicacy and create some helpful quality bookmarks for other users.

It's better to build social media links manually. If we use the tools and build the bulk links, search engines will detect unusual activity and consider it as spam links ans there is a chance to penalization.

I don't think so "one post to about 40 sites in a time" it's not the good way to do social book marking. I do manually social book marking for my site as well as little bit change my title and description
