Wordpress Plugins Hidden Links?

I noticed when I view the source code of my Wordpress blog I see some URL's listed of the plugins. For example, Sharebar has their link in one of the tags source code, and another one called Viper's Video Tags has a URL to their site in the code as well.

Is this OK? Is this hidden links and am I getting penalized by Google for it?

Some info on this would be good!

I doubt it's a penalty, still, the links don't benefit you in any way.
