Software that lets me organize web2.0 propreties in groups and to each group

Hello guys,
I need some advice regarding what kind of software I should use in this scenario:

I want to make small groups of web 2.0 properties, preferably by hand, complete with profiles and useful info, interlink them and link them to my money .com site:
- 1 blogger site - dofollow links;
- 1 livejournal site - dofollow liks;
- 1 tumblr blog - dofollow links;
- 1 twitter account;
- 1 friendfeed account.

I need a software which lets me keep track of the accounts I make and for example when I make a new article, the soft will publish it to all the properties from a group.

It would be great to have a desktop solution.

I have an account with ping.fm but it will close soon and it does not let me have several groups of sites, so I had to make ping.fm accounts for each group.

Any ideas?

Would onlywire do this?
Their cheaper account say's "just 1 site", not sure what they mean by that.

    Magic Submitter should help you organize all your web2.0 blogs but in exactly the way you mentioned (and no twitter account creation thou).

    However with just a few clicks you can repost to all your web2.0 blogs in seconds.

    Another option would be Mega Robot Bomb but expect a longer learning curve
