Linking to Amazon using php?

I recently bought Niche Fever tracking. To link to Amazon from your site, you need to use a php file.
I was wondering, does this mean that you need to state on every page that the link goes to Amazon because the operating agreement change a couple of months ago says that redirected links need to be clear to the visitor that they link to Amazon. However, it seems OTT having to do that for every link.
