Can I use the Same Video for Every Blog Post?

My landing page has a great video on it but its not ranking in the serps. Pages from my blog are ranking but I want to keep the visitors longer and I know adding a video would be great for this. I only have one video and I don't want to create a new video for every single blog post. Could I just put the same video on my blog posts that I have on my landing page? Would there be any SEO consequences from this? Could it be considered duplicate content even tho its a video? Any Suggestions?

    Looks like you are using Word Press. I recommend you place the video in your sidebar to show on every page. It will give a consistent look without being repetitive.
