I have a network of websites and at one point (about 3 months ago), the payout per click was great - between 1-2 dollars per click. I had some issues with my account since I didn't input the PIN number in time and for about a month (while I was waiting for it to arrive in the mail), google took the ads off my sites and replaced them with public service ads..
Google "Smart Pricing" Question..

When the ads went back up, I found out that they were being "smart priced" and the payouts went from 1-2 dollars per click down to 1-2 CENTS per click~!
Lately, the payouts have been going up but they're still nowhere near what they were before..
So, my question..
Does google slowly weed accounts out of smart pricing gradually? .. as in increase your paypot percentage per day/week/month until you get back up to the full/regular payout rate?
Thanks in advance,
Bill
