yesterday i had changed my website meta title, description, keywords and then today my site is showing on 247 position after google crawled that title, description, keyword but when i have not done any changes its position is 45. I am giving detail of my meta tags that i used before and current one also.

Previous (ranking 45)
Title: Goa Tourism, Goa tours packages, travel to goa

Desc: Tourism Goa Travel Portal provides information about Goa Tourism, Goa Tours and Travel, Goa Tour Packages, Beaches, Churches, Party, Hotels in Goa.

Current (ranking 247)

Title: Goa Tourism | Goa Tour Packages

Desc: Goa Tourism - We offer Goa Travel Guide for tour to Goa having all the information about tourist destinations in Goa. Plan a trip to Goa and its various tourist attractions with our Goa holiday packages.

Note : Because of this i putted previous title, description again on my website Goa Tourism, Goa tours packages, travel to goa. Does my ranking back to its original position or not, what is the reason behind this sudden change in ranking. Also whether i have to continue my off-page or stop for next crawl.

    Changing meta tags is not mandatory... Its just some webmasters have this habit of changing their tags in order to boost their ranking.
    Changing tags won’t give positive results always... Lot a times, your ranking and traffic may deplete. Moreover, it’s a cumbersome task, I am not in the favor changing meta tags frequently.

    First of all, your concept is wrong. Google cache happens in every 5-7 days. Did you check when google cached your page? Please provide that information if you can. Your first description seems very targetive towards your keywords, I think you can use this as your description:

    "Your website or company name provides information about Goa Tourism, Goa Tours and Travel, Goa Tour Packages, Beaches, Party and Hotels situated in Goa."

    Remember, I am giving you this suggestion without analyzing your main targeted keywords.

    Moreover, on page optimization helps 20% on SERP but it's mostly off page optimization which will help your keywords to get on the top of google.

    You're using "Goa" too many times in both descriptions. Limit it to appearing only twice and see how that works out for you.

    For starters - you shouldn't hurry - it really takes more time to not just index and cache it but also to stabilize the SERP position. The fact that it dropped suddenly might as well mean such readjustment and I would start counteracting in a week - if it doesn't get at least as good as it was.
    Secondly, the old title was way better - just because it is more narrative, contextually close to a normal sentence than this old-fashioned "pipe" ( the "|" symbol is used and called as a "pipe" in Unix and Unix-alike command shells ).
