In MS Adcenter, how do you set it to track each keyword by a specific URL? I clicked the Keywords tab after creating a campaign and entered a destination URL, but when I click the Ads tab afterwards, the Destination URL doesn't have a keyword destination URL radio button like it does in the example video in the help section.
