MicrosoftAdcenter Conversion Tracking Set Up

Hello,

I'm in the middle of setting up my conversion tracking within Microsoft Adcenter. My goal is simply to track how many people land on my squeeze page vs. how many people end up signing up and landing on my download page is so I know what the conversion rate is.

Can someone help me with the steps necessary to set this up correctly?

This is what I set up within my microsoft adcenter:

GOAL SETTINGS:

Goal Name: DownloadPageSiteNameConversionTracking
Step 1 name: SqueezePage Type: Land
Step 2 name: Download Page Type: Prospect
Conversion step name: DownloadPageConversionTracking

Are these above steps set up correctly?

Would I follow the exact same steps to set up tracking for my own sales page that takes visitors to paypal after purchasing?

E.g.

Step 1: Sales Page Type: Land
Step 2: Download Page: Prospect (ends up on this landing pageafter purchasing trough paypal).

    Hey, I tried to make sense of what you're saying but got confused lol

    You don't want to put the script on your own thanks page

    Have thanks1.html for paypal
    thank2.html for you

    Thank1.html contains the code
    Thank2 is just a copy of thank1.html without google code
