Delete WP Mage Content that killed my site?

When I first used WP Mage (an auto content generator) on a bunch of my sites with Adsense on them I noticed a huge surge in traffic and income...but then all of a sudden (I believe could have been the Panda update, but not 100% sure) the traffic and income plummeted.

I am wondering if I should delete all the auto generated content and uninstall the WP Mage plugins? The content it generated was crap anyway (though some how it worked for a few months at least). It produced a page for every keyword I added to the plugin. Some sites have over 8000 pages/keywords...so there are a lot.

Should I then take a new approach to adding new content? Or what should I do to get back the rankings I lost?

Thanks for any advice!

I would be concerned that the history of the site could make it difficult to start over. It might make more sense to start with a fresh site than to reuse one that Google finds suspicious. You might also want to remove the Adsense from that site to reduce the chances of getting your account banned. If you can find another way to monetize the site, it might make sense to leave it as is. Otherwise, it could be better to just let the domain expire. If you have a great domain and or a lot of backlinks, it might be worth trying to salvage it, but you could be facing extra difficulties.
