Yep, me too. Got knocked back to page 2 for my keywords but i'm back. Sometimes i hate being so involved with me SEO. It's maddening!

Have you changed your website?

What about changing DNS nameservers? Can that momentarily affect SERPS? I barely had any down time but i'm just curious.

You got the right point. But it also happens when google update their algorithm.

Although many times, actually in most cases, the reasons behind sudden and big Google dances could be major changes in structures of websites, or when tons of new links are added to their strcutures, but occasionally even when webmasters have done nothing specific, simply due to the changes applied by Google, with the algorithm updates, ups and downs are reported by sites admins, even the folks managing very old established sites.

Usually such sudden changes are temporary issues and within a few days or a week the statuses will return back to the normal previous cases unless some big things have happened. For example, many websites have been affected with the recent updates of Penguin, Panda and even Caffeine and their ranks have lowered considerably. In such cases some diagnostic measures should be taken in order to find the real causes.

1 of my site just went from last page to 1st page again. Wonder if the last page penalty has been lifted. The main home url has been in the last page of google for like 3months or more since panda. Hope this result will stay

Seems like I'm all over the place lately.

The algorithm is updated

Got my all keywords down from first page to 6th and 7th page. may it happen due to Google dancing..

Some of my keywords are back from page 4 to 5.
