What to learn from higher than average click?
- SEO |
I have an Adsense site that makes a modest but steady income with Adsense. It's been running pretty steadily w/o much work on my part for a couple of years. It ranks well in Google for some terms that get modest traffic and has been unaffected **knocking on wood** by algorithm changes. It's just a solid, if small, performer.
The clicks range in value from a few cents to $0.60 or so, with the average click usually getting about $0.26. That's been pretty consistent for the life of the site.
Out of the blue it recently got a $2 click. I'm just wondering if there's anything I can learn from the data that would improve my chances of getting more clicks in that range. I've got Analytics going so I know which page got the click and I've got ad units set up so I know which unit got the click. The traffic comes 100% from search.
Does this $2 click give me any insight into changes I should make or things I should do differently to increase my odds of getting higher value clicks?
