This is how you do it:
1 google xml sitemap and get some software to create an xml sitemap file.
2 upload to your site. Yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml
3 log into your google webmaster account and let google know your sitemap url.
Done!
Google will crawl your site very soon! Most sites see improvements within 3 days
