    There is no magic number of keywords that one should use. Include your main keyword or key phrase at least once in your Page Title and Meta Description. Use it at least once in your <h1> tag. Include your keyword within the text at least three times. Your decision should be based on the nature of the keyword and the length of your post.

    Just have keyword in the Title and H2 and H3 tag to make sense to readers and don't worry about keyword's destiny write content relative to targeting keyword that appear natural to readers Google will figure out what content is about and don't bold keyword's by the way...
