For social networking, think beyond simply the big two (Facebook and Twitter).

There are tons of places to catch nice viral rides on (think Pinterest as a main one..) and send huge rushes of traffic to your website. It's especially easier if your niche is one that is visually appealing.

Quit trying to view social networks as a place to get backlinks. Try to get a following on sites such as StumbleUpon, Pinterest, etc. and then you can get yourself nice viral spikes every now and then.

Visitors come to your site if site content is informative and provide what the visitors finding. Try to use the correct practices for seo and sem so that google not penalized. Don't over optimize your website. Content and image should be well optimized and dont use much keywords in the site. It should be generic. As twitter and facebook are the main social networking websites and now pinterest also is the great source for providing great traffic to your site.

Indeed. You can target social media platforms to get traffic on your website. Facebook and twitter are two major platforms. Once you build your presence on these two than you can start building your presence and sharing your content on Stumbleupon & pinterest. These two also works great!!~

Hello: thanks for replying; of course it won't ban your account, as Pad Submit Worker will submit your program to software archives and these archive sites have high PR and high valve. Actually, some sites still need human validation, so it will submit to near 500 sites successfully. It is just a tool to simplify your manual pad submission process. There are many traffic sources on the Internet, not just SEO. If you are willing to consider paid traffic, the options are plenty. For example, you can try banner ads, solo ads, JV, etc.

Always keep your option open and diversify your traffic source.

Thank you for your ideas. Where do you think I do banner and solo ads? As PAD Submitter won't has so many targeted users, do you think it's OK? BTW, could tell me how to do JV more specifically?

And could I post in the JV section of warrior forum for my product(it's shareware)? How about spend $100 on a post at Affiliate Program Database section?

I think you also need to put your effort in your on-site and off-site spammy factor,such as decrease your site page keyword density and remove the purchased low quality backlinks ,make your keyword anchor text diversify, including your keywords, brand name , URL,or phrase like"Click here for more info",etc.

Use this software submission tool will sure bring some traffic for your site, but will not guaranty to get back all of your traffic.

I will say that a unique content and a better strategy on social media sites can drive a lot of traffic. I am also in a path to learn smo in which I found out that social media sites can play a vital role in bringing quality traffic only if your strategy is target audience..
