Conversion HTML to wordpress

I thinking to convert my HTML sites to wordpress because it loosing ranking day by day but my wordpress website rankings doesn't loose their position.
What do you say?

  • I think you chose a good decisions .
  • There are some things to think about:

    - The URLs of your articles after your site is converted will be different from they way they are currently structured, so you'll need to re-direct each page to the equivalent new page in order not to lose your incoming links

    - In order to minimise the time your site is off the air you would probably want to create a test site. This is where you would install and set up your WordPress version and import all the content, etc, and then you would need to migrate it to the live domain.

    - You'll need to re-set all the SEO factors on your new WordPress site.
