After the updates sites have gone but the PR is still intacted how can i channel PR to new sites ?

Hi guys,
After the google updates i have a few sites that have bombed out of the SERPs i`m thinking never to come back !
I was just looking at a couple of them today and everypage is a PR 2 a couple of PR3 and wondered how can i make use of it i mean these about 50 PR 2 pages on 1 site.
But there are on the same hosting account as the new sites i`d love to link to
How can i make use of the PR of my sunk sites ??
