How Can I Get These Backlinks Removed?

I have been looking at my backlinks in Open Site Explorer and there are spammy links pointing to my site, which I think I am getting penalized for.

I have no idea how to contact these people to remove the backlinks. I checked the whois info, and there's no contact page. Any advice?

Here are the sites:

bbs.antigutkha.com
hwyuan.com

I also seem to have a lot of Forum Profile links pointing to my sites, that are just totally unrelevant.

There has GOT to be a way! Who can help me??

It's an obvious blog network, as the registrant is the same person (but no contact details provided). It was most likely hit by Google too.

If Google implement the tool to remove negative backlink under webmaster, every one will be highly benefited. Google has to consider these issues.

You can't remove it until you get the email of the owner, or maybe like ceilbleu said you must wait for Google feature to do stuff like that.

We had a site that got attacked by a negative SEO campaign but we are ok because we had a good link profile so we out weighed the bad links

Google might add a tool in Webmaster Tools that allows you to disregard links. Until then emailing the owner is all you can do.
