I don't know if this is the right place but i have a wordpress question on my site my urls look like this www.sitename.com/categorypost/ how can i get it so it shows up www.sitename.com/category/post ?

Settings --> permalinks

Or use a SEO plugin such as 'All in one seo'

enter /%category%/%postname%/

  is it good to have your category in your url if you are targeting that category for your keyword
