The only way to see your true pagerank is via your Google Tools. Forget the toolbar pagerank - it is misleading to say the least.

page rank is just a tool that google uses to put a value to your website, the higher your PR the more valuble your site is to google. PR's are ranged from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest.
