(Linkwheel) Should all web 2.0 be do follow

Hi

When creating a linkwheel is it best that all the web 2.0 properties in the linkwheel are do follow, Or will it matter if say on a 30 spoke linkwheel that 50% are do follow and the rest are no follow?

yes you want do-follow otherwise they will not be boosting each other, just try not to link in obvious wheel as this is a clear giveaway to google.
do-follow means google will follow that link and give link juice to the linked page

  Thanks for the info, was just wondering though if some of the web 2.0's are no follow and in the linkwheel, will that mean the whole linkwheel is not effective at all?

well to keep things 'natural' its good to have some no-follow links to your site (only a small % like 10%) so its not going to harmful, but in terms of a link wheel there is not point. so just make do-follow link wheel, and get no-follow some other sources (such as offical blogs (companies, hosting, tech giants) they allow comments but will be no-follow it just sends a natural signal that is all.
but in summary - do-follow is your priority and 100% with a linkwheel

best tip to figure that out is to look at pages already on those site, and look at the source for link that are leaving that website:
in chrome browser you right click on the link> inspect element
and you can see if the link has a rel="no follow" tag
it will look like this
<a href="http:// blahblahdomain .com " rel="no follow">anchor text or url link<a>

from my knowledge most of blogging sites that are free are do-follow - most no-follow links come from peoples self hosted blogs, and forums (warrior forum is do-follow)

edit:
if you dont see any rel="no follow" that means follow, you WONT see any rel="do follow"

do a search online fo do-follow web 2.0 sites, forums, comments (comment luv) etc and you can get massive list (search on this forum too - there are posts with good lists)
