Increasing music blog traffic tips

I own a music blog with some articles and of course youtube iframes and mp3 listening plugins. I get traffic from google and some not very popular site (I don't mention it because you can think it's a SPAM) where I post links with pictures to my posts. Any ideas to get more traffic for this kind of blog? I know about Myspace, FB/TW/G+, blog directories, RSS directories, video sharing sites, same niche blogs/sites and relevant forums. Anything I'm missing? Can you share some original tips appropriate for this situation? Thanks in advance.

    Try social bookmarking you can get high traffic for your site. Include the tag while doing social bookmarking. Don't try to post your site in many social bookmarking websites. Just pick out the top sites and start doing.

    You can go for other off page optimization techniques also for your site. This way also you can increase traffic to your blog or site.

      I agree with Apoorv82, with that kind of website you have to increase effort on video marketing also social media activities. Through social media shares you can have good and targeted traffic.

    submit your software to some major download sites to gain some exposure.

    wladimir..write a review on new bands and history of the bands etc., most of the visitors love to know the background of the musicians..you can score if you touch that. Write with your own content and have a forum for discussion. You can start your own topic initially and then..it will goes on & on..

    You are not missing any of the technique... But have you optimized your site well? I mean, video optimization, content optimization and image optimization. Apart from off page activities you need to do good on page so that your website becomes visible in search results.
