A good return on Adsense

Adsense was something I used a lot on previous websites I had, however I've hardly made anything from this venture. In approx 12months I only managed £70 ($100) from this...

Just wondering if anyone else had had more success?

  • AdSense looks like a numbers game to an extent. How many sites did you build in total and were they all for well-searched keywords?
  • Sounds like you need to do one of a few things.

    1) Increase traffic to your website.
    2) Increase your CTR (% of people clicking ads)
    3) Find a niche with higher paying keywords

Or, like Avirdi said you can increase the number of websites you built.

All of these things will definitely attribute to earning more money!
  • finding good paying keywods are important.
  • The niche your in can make a big difference adsense wise. Some niches pay consistently well while some others consistently are very low per click averages. Targeting some better paying keywords is def a must.
