Hello all,

I am new to article spinning, and I have several questions.

1. Is article spinning still relevant with Google changes? Basically, does Google recognize spun content pretty well now?

2.Is there a good article spinner that anyone can recommend?

3. Is there anything else you can add about article spinning that is relevant to IM today?

  • I use article spinnig for my backlinking. It gets a pretty bad rep around here. But beyond a doubt, sites that I use spun articles to backlink always significantly prform better than blog comments or syndication or unspun articles (duplicant content). In short, I still find it very useful.

    I would reommend dennis, his is the best i've come across. The articles are actually good enough to place directly on a money site with VERY minor, if any, tweaking. Will post a link if i can find it

    A) I use both TBS and Spinnerchief .. must paid version.

    3. Is there anything else you can add about article spinning that is relevant to IM today?

    A) More or less .. I use spun article to post at private blogs.

  • yes article spinning is still relevant with google changes.I use the best spinner and i get 90%+ uniquesness.It even passes copy right.I am using from much time and happy with the results.

    His spins come out rally good and readable, enough for me to even put on my money sites. For backlinking I usually use them on Web 2.0's, Blogs, and Wikis. I gave up on spinning mysef, it just takes too long. Senence level 3 times and words, but its enough to drive me nuts. Totally worth it though IME.

    Yes, there is nothing wrong with spinning.. the only problems you will find is if you:

    a. Spin only at word level (not spinning at sentence/paragraph level)
    b. Low uniqueness
    c. Bad grammar
    d. Using every single word in the dictionary so your articles not only dont flow, but look like they were written by someone who doesn't understand english

    That is about the only way they can tell if it's spun or not. So now you have to... have to... spend time spinning your articles. Is that really so bad, though? It takes a good day or two to spin a quality article at both paragraph, word, and sentence level. Would you rather do that, or spend two months and two hundred dollars worth of Advil to write yourself a hundred individual articles yourself? Your choice!

      Iv'e wasted so much time arguing with "senior" members here about the effectiveness of spinning that I eventually just gave up. The top reasons:

      A) That spam, it's unethical. Penguin this, panda that...blah..blah...blah
      B) People can tell it's spun and they won't like reading it...blah...blah...blah
      C) Why would you even "waste" your time doing this, it doesn't make any sense...BLAH

  • Spun article for link building is ok. But you should not use spun article in your website. It'll harm your site. Hand made spun articles are better than software made.
  • It's because people equate spinning to poor quality, and that's understandable as 99% of the spun articles out there are poor quality. But then again you wouldn't know that for sure, because the ones that are spun carefully are done so well that you wouldn't know it's spun, and that's the way they should be done.. but now it's essential to step it up quite a few notches. Before, just autospinning worked. Now, you must spin well, and proofread your result. In the end, my 'spin' could very well end up higher quality, human readable, even more relatable and interesting, than someone elses boring, poorly written original content.
  • Why to spin article at $25 when you can have 8 articles in that price of 500words each I have my writer team makes $3 articles for me.

    • Yeah but what if you need hundreds, if not thousands of unique articles??

    • Because you generally get what you pay for. A $3 article will be usually be very low quality.

    - Quality spun (!!) articles are working still now. Not only that even auto spun articles are working still now. But I am sure google will be able to detect spun articles in near future.

    - TBS is best in my opinion.

    3. Is there anything else you can add about article spinning that is relevant to IM today?

    - You had better do Content Curation. Content Curation is legitimate and good way to get traffic from articles/blogs. Also in this way you would be safe from google penalties and who knows when google will come out with Elephant update to kill spun articles you might get reward for using good informative articles.     • Yep, well im sure they can detect by some very basic system whether an article is being spun. Take this example:

      Ok, so the first word is obvious.. word #1 synonym to word #1

      Same with 3rd word.. word #3 synonym to word #3, and all the others are in relatively the same positions. It is possible (not saying probable) that they can detect this type of spin, because of the word positions combined with the basic synonyms.

      Now, take this example:

      Warrior Forum. .

      In this example, I didnt spin at word level, but phrase/sentence level. You will see that I only needed to do 2 spins, vs. 6 in the first. Also it was actually a lot easier, and there is absolutely no way for even the smartest computer to detect it being spun. Now I can go in and spin at word level too, because the word placements won't be the same, and I will end up with an even higher uniqueness count overall
