This contradicts everything about SEO - lets analyze this perfect SEO template

Hey there guys,
I do SEO in the adult industry.
If you do a google.com search for the keyword "amateur cams", the same template has almost all top rankings:

*by template I mean: an affiliate site offers you a premade site, you just submit a custom name, some custom text and your set to go.

pos 2,3,4,6, 9 and so on.
On the second page it's even worse.

Could a seo guru explain why?
Maybe this is the best SEO site ever made?
And this template is use on other very competitive niches...

    That keyword is getting less than 3000 searches a month. In the adult industry, that is a really low search volume. Probably very little competition. And judging by the title tags of sites on page one and two, I would say there are not many sites targeting the keyword.

    I would also bet these sites are owned by the same entity along with a host of other sites. They probably have a fair amount of interlinking going on.

    Without doing a lot of research into this, I would say that is probably why they are ranking.

    It really contradicts nothing about SEO.

      Hey,
      - the sites are owned by a single company, same hosting, but everyone can register and have a copy, build links and write some custom text on them;
      - this template is present on all "live cams" related query, every niche.

      At least two major SEO contradictions:
      1. duplicate content, same content basically showing over and over.
      2. same hosting

        Duplicate content is only a problem on the same website.

        Same hosting has never been a problem.
