Is Indexing services safe for indexing subpages?

I want to index at least 5000 subpages of my website using indexing services like Nuclear Link Indexer, Backlinks Energizer, Backlinks Indexer, IndexBear blah blah bla.. Now my question is will it be prudent decision if I use any of them to index 5000 subpages (I run an article directory and folks already posted more than 5000 articles on it. I just want to index these articles. So that good article writers would love to use my directory and thus I would be able to show more advertisements on more pages)?

As indexing services will build backlinks to my subpages automatically so will google impose penalty against my website for this kind of stuff?

Helps from fellow warriors would be appreciated.

    I will not suggest running any automatic indexing services on your website directly they are useful for your tier2 and tier3 links I believe.

    Yes, indexing services work great for this. Normally, you will have a far greater percentage of indexed pages than when you would index backlinks.

    Another way would be to make a sitemap of all the pages and input it in google webmaster tools.

    hmm.. 4 backlinks to a directory. I guess this is the website you are talking about? But there are million pages already indexed. Also not an article directory.

    5000 subpages is way too big numbers to wait them to get indexed. So yes you can use some indexing services. I think there are some free indexing tools out there that can get your pages indexed.

    I have heard good things about Backlinks Indexer, however I personally wouldn't use it for a main website, just for tiered backlinks. However, Social Bookmarks are a fantastic way to get pages indexed, as Google crawls these websites very often due to their high authority and constant updates.
