Hi, I have a spanish directory website. After penguin update it started loosing position. For some keyword, the site was on Page 1 position 5/6 before, but now its ranking is 300+ for the same keywords. Site is very rich and onpage SEO is perfect.

Can anyone suggest me what should I do now ?

    If you are confident that there's nothing wrong with your on page, then check your off page. There could be some spammy links pointing to the site from the past, find ways to remove them.

    Don't remove the links. Removing massive amounts of links is a blackhat strategy for negative SEO. Think about this, if having backlinks from spammy places results in lower rankings, people like me would be blasting our competitors with spammy links ;-).

    Penguin = poor keyword diversity.

    I've gotten several sites out of penguin by blasting it w/ generic (click here), phrase, and URL backlinks. What this does is boost your keyword diversity so that your keyword portfolio is more in line with the rest of the internet.
