Could interlinking my 20 sites be a problem?

If you are a bit shy please do not take a look at my site since it has light (no nude) sexual content.

The problem is that I have 20 sites interlinked and suffered a huge drop in traffic after penguin.

Could the interlinking be the problem?
Also, if there are other seo issues, please let me now.

  • Interlinking is the problem. Change the site wide links from keywords to the URL.

    So, for "BBW" change it to "BWWCam.com". This will not trigger the overoptimization penalty.
