My server went down 2 days ago and was back up yesterday. I check my webmaster tools and for one site it has a yellow exclamation next to the sever connectivity issues. I have noticed a drop in rankings for my main keyword.

I can "fetch as googlebot" all pages on my website and they are successful. is this just a temporary hiccup that Webmaster Tools will correct when they recrawl my site?

I "fetched" my homepage and resubmitted it to the index also. I have a robots.txt file that only disallows /wp-admin and /wp-includes only. No other sites have been affected. Any suggestions ?
