Private Proxies and Twitter/Gmail/Social Bookmarking Accounts

Alright, so I know that it's best use private proxies to mass create accounts for Twitter, Facebook, Gmail, Social Bookmarking sites, etc.

What I'm confused about, though, is this. Once the accounts are created en mass, do I need to ALWAYS activate/use the matching ip address, used to create the account, each time I want to post something?

Am I overthinking this? I hope I am, and the only time I need to worry about IP is during account creation. However, if I DO need to always use the matching ip address used to create the account, how would I possibly hope to manage all those ip's and accounts?

It would be a nightmare. Can someone shed some light on this for me, please?
