There is no best SEO tool for someone who always prefers to take a shortcut. Scrapebox is a great tool based on my experience, and I would recommend it to anybody. However, if you use this tool to blast garbage online, you are wasting your time and will definitely not find the tool that will help you make your fantasy come true. For me, the best tool is something that helps you get creative, not lazy. By the way, I used Scrapebox to gather dofollow and auto-approval blogs. After creating the list, I then proceed with manual and relevant commenting.

all of the tools you mention are great but you need to learn how to use them and the best way is if you understand seo....

failing that manual seo works just as well

Senuke has recently done a totally ignorant video (just watch it for five minutes, and you'll understand that the guy must be living in a parallel SEOverse), in which they are trying to make the case that their SEO software still works after Penguin update, even though it clearly doesn't. At least not as effectively as it used to.

I don't think there is a "best software" after panda/penguin.. I mean take this scenario..

Guy (A) gets SENuke:

He goes and builds 1K backlinks, all using the same money keyword to his website homepage.

Guy (B) gets SENuke as well:

This one has a lil bit of knowledge as to what happened with penguin and goes and builds branded/naked urls while throwing money keywords gradually and backlinking inner pages.

Both use the same tool.. however; one of them will get slapped.. guaranteed.

Manual yes (and no), when you are using curation content generation in a non too much competitive niche and you have only 1 or 3 blogs... you can spend your time (a lot) doing manual seo.
If you have more than 3 blogs it will start to be really difficult to manage.

SEnuke X is the best. But for SEO, I use some other tools too.
1. I use SEnuke X to create 1st tier backlinks.
2. Xrumer and Scrapebox to create 2nd tier backlinks.
3. Nuclear Link Indexer for indexing.

Yeah. I would say SEnuke X would be great but be very careful as you might be tempted to do massive link building. Just limit yourself to make it look natural. Just utilize the tool properly and avoid unnatural linking.

Senuke X and Magic Submitter are the best but you need to master them.

Magic was better then Senuke X,but with the new update which will come in august i feel that Senuke will win the battle for a pretty long time.

SEnuke X is no doubt best seo software and still works after panda but it totally depends on how you use it.

There are times that doing it manually is much better especially if the tool cannot handle it 100% but if the tool can do it the same way you can do it manually, then there's nothing wrong using a tool but you have to do it just as natural as you are doing it manually. This is to avoid massive submissions and will look un-natural.

I would outsource my linkbuilding from different various vendors, so it is all diversified.

till you'll learn the SEnukeX software (high learning curve) it will be useless for you, if you are focusing on a few sites (1-15) in my opinion.

it make me laugh when people say "google hate automatic link building do it manually". HELLO Guys Google hate any kind of link building even manually. The Search Engine is here to give the most relevant keyword and the link are here to indicate the popularity. so why would manual work will be more loved by Google??

Back to your question yes SeNuke X, Scrapebox and all other tools are good. but, as most of the people in this thread mentioned you need some knowledge on SEO. So you can understand how Google work and you can rank your website. There is a lot of goods blog and video courses to get this knowledge. Anyways, learn SEO before buying any tools. So that you don't waste your time, money and get your website blacklisted.

Tools that you've mentioned in your post all are good. but the most important thing is how you use them. First make a solid link building strategy and then start working on. Because they are softwares, not any kind of backdoor or Google Crack or so

To assess whether your website is affected by a Google SERP filter, do a site-wide backlink anchor text analysis using Majestic SEO, Link Diagnosis (free) or a paid SEO tool like SEOMoz Linkscape and check the spread of keywords used in links to your page look natural. Check your keyword density too excluding Meta tags.
