Google detected it as duplicate title

In Google Webmaster Tools, it showed as Duplicate Titles when in actual it doesn't.

Here's the structure:

Title 1: Website Title Here
Title 2: New Website Title Here

As you can see, they are different but why does Google says it's duplicate?

    GWT data is usually lagging behind the actual SERPs.

    Look at both Cache dates.
