        It's a way to find easy niches to break into or find good backlinks from other sites. When people are dumb enough to use a list posted publicly like this all you have to do is go look at the recent comments on these sites and you can get all kinds of ideas for new niches and easy to rank keywords.

        Or you can visit the sites dumb enough to use the list and run a backlink check on them. Then steal the good backlinks they've found.
