Does Google count "non-visible" backlinks?

Hi, a newbie question I'm sure, but does Google count "Angela-style" backlinks on forum profiles that are NOT visible unless your are logged into that particular forum?

Well if one needs to login then they are blocked. That means search engine may not see them since they won't login to the site and find out the hidden contents.

This is a way to fight against the forum spams.

It doesn't count if you can't see without logging in.

No way, such backlinks will not be counted by Google. If you want you can go and check indexed page of particular webpage. Go to Google and search with cache:url of link

Search can't see any that needs to login.

As others have said, no, Google won't count anything it can't see. If you can't see it without needing to log in, then Google definitely can't see it.
