Title says it all pretty much, looking for a firm that really knows how to use PR to build brand, for high end sites.

    By PR I'm assuming you mean "public relations" and not "page rank".

    Just look at your local marketing firms/agencies. Expect to pay a lot. You asked for high end and building a brand. It isn't cheap.

    Do a good job and offer value for money no better way to raise your public relations profile. If you don't do this, there will be nothing an overpriced pr company can do for you.
