    Yes. Many reasons why you would. It's another chance for people to visit your site and make that sale as you have in effect two listings. You have control over your ad which allows you to test. Ads tend to convert better. You gather important data on search patterns and trends. It's an edge if your natural listing loses ranking.

    Adwords doesn't only appear for Google search results. They appear on sites all over the web, wherever people place adsense ads on their sites.

    So I guess getting more exposure, and impressions is a benefit.
