adsense , how much can i make !

hello,

im looking to create a funny website , something like 9gag but with a new ideas ...
i have already create a funny french website to test adsense and i wasn't satistafed with adsense .

my quastion is how i can make with this kind of werbsites

for each 1000 visitors .. how much i will eran ?

beacause adsense is the only way to moneteze those websites

    if you have already tried it and had bad results dosnt that answer your own question.
    i maybe wrong but dont realy think there will be many relivent ads which entice visitors to click.
    I would personaly choose different type of site to make.

    For 1000 visitors. If you optimize well, you could get maybe 3% conversion rate and expect maybe $.15 cents per click, so 30 * $.15 = $4.50.

    Meh, that's not very good. I mean your clicks could be 50 cents and you could get 10% conversion.

      I think you are way over estimating it. Most of the key words for 9gag.com are ten cents, so cut that in half for Content network and he might end up making three cents or so per click. And I wouldn't expect people looking for a laugh to be very click happy, so 1% would be high in my estimation. AdSense is not a good fit for this type web site. This is not a money making web site IMOH. This is something you do for a hobby, and the money is a side issue.

    There is no way to answer that. You might make 1000 dollars or you might make 10 dollars, or nothing at all.

    It all depends on:

    Keyword CPC - how much are you being paid per click
    CTR - how likely are people to click your ads?

      I have a question about keyword CPC. How does adsense decide what "keyword" the buyer is bidding on when they display ads contextually on your site?

      For example, let's imagine I run alcoholfreewhisky.com targeted at the "alcohol free liquor" niche, and the adwords CPC for alcohol free whisky is $0.10

      However, one article is about how alcohol free whisky is great for losing weight. If adsense displays ads on that page, is it smart enough to display weight loss ads? If "weight loss" has a much higher CPC, do I get more money from adsense?

      A related question: are the methods of predicting CPC for adsense based on your niche and keyword selection reliable if you plan on writing about lots of diverse topics which are related to your niche?

    Dear it depends on the topic of your website that what kind of topic your website is having and you will earn with it because every topic has different click rate of adsense.

      Wrong, I run a popular funny picture website and my CPM is around $0.80 from Adsense. Ads that Adsense will display on a funny picture website don't usually pay much. I make about $70/day on average, but it wasn't easy to get there.

        Why do people always think niche is some magical
        way to adsense riches? The CPC on your site is
        dictated by who is bidding on your site at any
        particular time. Nothing else.

        If nobody is bidding, your site gets junk ads from
        global advertisers who scoop up the leftovers
        for pennies.

        You can have a site on scratching fleas get $20
        a click if people think it's worth bidding on.

        There is no reason for anyone to ditch a site just
        because their CPC or CTR sucks.

        You can readily get higher bids than people pay
        on search if your visitors are targeted and in a buying
        mood.

        I readily get $3+ clicks on various sites. That means people are
        paying $5 for click. Check adwords, search is about
        $1.50. But then, I also have people begging to buy links
        directly as well.

        Improve your site, improve your traffic. And have
        a little patience. You'd be amazed.

    Patrick's estimate is quite realistic. In order to get maximum potential from your adsense ventures, you need to pick a high CPC niche, target low competition keywords to get maximum traffic, and increase your CTR by split testing layouts/themes/ad types.

    I read that this niche ads are not paying that high for each click. But if you have experience with another site, you know better.

    There are many funny sites written on English, so you will need to work a lot on your SEO in order to be ranked high and beat them, then is all about visitors, the more you have, the more clicks you will get.

    You may be receiving 20 – 40 hits a day, and averageing $ 5 – $ 7 dollars a day. This is the average pay for a niche food. Niches for higher pay, you can earn $ 50 – the same number of tourists to 70 days.
