  • Using the contextual targeting tool and dividing by 2...

    Here is a stable niche:

    mesothelioma lawyer
    ~ $5.00 / click

I checked the competition for this and SEOMOZ reports 51% which is surprisingly low. All EMDs are taken and not one of those rank on google.

Not shockingly high but still pretty high for a click.

    • One of my friends recently got $113 dollar for one click. It was a business directory site. Even saw a guy in a forum claiming $88 dollar for one click from his barest cancer blog.

So I am not sure whether these data really makes any sense or whether to deny. But google shows this CPC in google keyword tool.

but anyway, its fun to know this kind of CPCs...

  • Big lawsuit = Big CPC
    • [ 1 ] Thanks

    • That is correct.. So saturated though!

  • I wonder what the realistic view is ranking for a keyword with such a low amount of searches. Volume may be the better route.

    • Traffic is actually going to be less than that b/c you're going to want to look at LOCAL MONTHLY SEARCHES (meaning in the US (google.com))
      • [1] reply
  • Phenomenal list! Props.
  • Then that is very poor. Maybe you can send a bunch of people that way and hope they find something interesting
    • [1] reply
    • Yeah, if anything, it's a good place for people to start, who may be looking for some keywords to work off of in general.
  • great list ..... thanks:-)
  • wow i thought the max cpc was $75 on auto insurance
  • it would be very profitable in term of AdSense to rank for some of these keyword's ...
  • Thanks for the big list of keywords. Very interesting.

    • Can we get back to reality?

A list like this is useless.

And a spammed link to boot.

Any of you really want to make money, or do
      you just fall for BS?

Seriously. You have got to be kidding.

The whole post is spam mixed with BS.

Everyday here makes me wonder a little less
why so many of you just don't cut it.

      Paul

Lets snap back to reality & use the correct tool (contextual tool) for getting a rough CPC estimate.

    Notice the keyword below:
    • Keyword = [financing account receivables]
    • Keyword Tool CPC = $69.30
    • Contextual Tool CPC = $5

Before you say "Well $5 per click isn't bad", think again.

The Contextual tool is the closest rough estimate you'll get. Now divide that $5 by 2 for Googles cut, now your down to $2.50 per click. Then factor in the endless price swing depending on Adwords competition & the organic SERP competition (If that's your traffic source).

On this example, you've went from $69.30 CPC down to (on a good day), with a high competition keyword in Google SERPs.

The rest of the list in OP is the same situation as this example.

    Good luck with that.

    • Thank you yukon for great tip. I am going to use this tip on my next blog post. Thank you again.
  • Yes, keyword tool and contextual are different but a high paying keyword in keyword tool is still a high paying keyword in contextual setting.
  • It's kind of sad that drug treatment and rehab are among the highest paying keywords.
    • [1] reply
    • Yes indeed. Google takes the advantage of the nature of the business. And it is really very sad. It indicates drug treatment and rehab are expensive because their advertisements are expensive.

  • Thanks for sharing this valuable information.
  • For 297$ cpc keyword how much estimated earning will be if domain is parked with same keyword?
    • [1] reply
    • This list really shows how much money there is to be made selling advertising and website services to businesses. These niche businesses have the money to spend and will spend it to get leads.
  • I bet about 100 warriors are going to start mesothelioma legal sites over the next few days.
    • [1] reply
    • Not very likely. This huge piece of sewage spam was dragged up
      for some unknown reason.

Like, someone could not find a new thread to spam. So, dig
up old, useless spam and hope it flies under the radar.

    • Hi,

sorry I shovel up an older thread but I think it will be update always, then we all want to make good money with adsense.

      I wonder about this;

      @Yukon;

      Notice the keyword below:
      Keyword = [financing account receivables]
      Keyword Tool CPC = $69.30
      Contextual Tool CPC = $5

Before you say "Well $5 per click isn't bad", think again.

The Contextual tool is the closest rough estimate you'll get. Now divide that $5 by 2 for Googles cut, now your down to $2.50 per click. Then factor in the endless price swing depending on Adwords competition & the organic SERP competition (If that's your traffic source).

On this example, you've went from $69.30 CPC down to $2.50 CPC (on a good day), with a high competition keyword in Google SERPs.

I wonder, google says that they pay 68% from the cpc price to you the adsense publisher?

But here in this example they pay not 68% from $69,30, no they pay only $2,50.

      Why?

      68% from $69,30 = $47,12 and not $2,50, how that can be?
      does google makes fraud you?

      ??

  • I dont know why anyone would even bother beating their head against the wall trying to rank for these.

if you want to tackle these niches nowadays you'll need to get creative and get traffic outside of google. Id maybe look into some kind of craigslist or social media tactics to get traffic to these kinds of ads. Heck even a targeted classifieds ad in a real paper could be worth experimenting with.

...but then again, Id rather make more money working smarter, not harder.
  • Hi,

@dburk; ah thanks for that information.
Yes advertise on GDN are lower than on the google search.

So can I exclude such websites who only advertise on GDN to get always the highest Publisher payout?

Is it possible to rank for high cost cpc niche keywords or impossible?

  • Hi,

Hi Warriors, This is the list of top or highest paying google keywords list we recently discovered. Few days back we launched a domain name generator, suggestions and search related website Name Stall. And for that website we created a section we call – High Paying Keywords Domain Search. In that section of our website we wanted to develop a tool where people can search high paying keyword domain names for free.
