New one on me,comments left on review site that are not spam

Just been in admin on my review site lots of comments left but not the normal crap they usually leave. Some guy has been on the site and wrote a whole bunch of comments about the actual item on that page.
The comments he has left are not just one liners but more like articles about the product, he's wrote them as though he has the item and problems he had with them and how he worked round problems and alot of how to get best use of the product.
He's gone to alot of time and trouble these are not copy and paste jobs as the spelling mistakes are terrible on them, they are not spun as they make perfect sense just the spelling thats bad.
There are no links in the comments but if you click on the different names he has used it takes you to a blank facebook page.
I'm tempted to publish them,what are your thoughts.
