Is a disqus comment a backlinks?

Am curious ..

For disqus. When's click on the person name. There is a link to your website. If I leave a comment on a blog with disqus. Will google actually followmy profile name then my link then to my site as a backlinks?

Disqus update there plugin. I think now we are unable to get link with new disqus plugin.

Disqus comment link is java script link and no search engine can find non HTML link. Its not good for backlink but its good to get traffic.
