Traffic is not generating to my website regardless of extensive promotion

We have recently launched a website focusing on logistics and transporation business. We have tried several methods that range from email marketing, social media promotion, search engine submission, classified submission, directory submission, PR submission, blog submission but the problem i am facing that the traffics are generating to the sites i submitted my website and the flow of visitors did not redirect to my website.
