Youtube Video not monetized

I recently uploaded a video on Youtube and it is my original video and I have all the rights to distribute it but it has not been monetized. I had this happen to a couple of my videos before and I checked my account one day and the videos were monetized. Has anyone else experienced this before? I tried filling out the information that Youtube sent via email about the rights to the video stating that it was my original content but have not gotten a response and it is still not monetized? What should I do?

Could be any number of things.

Repetitive content, misleading title, etc.

Google has been cracking down lately.

IT MIght be misleading title and vid is reffering to another vid when it is opened ...
