72 hours to fix a problem (AdSense)

I received a 72-hour notice from Google for my site located at

http://shoutkey.com/washout

(This is a temporary URL. Please don't copy and paste the actual URL)

The site was flagged due to "encouraging clicks," please see below. However, I have nothing on that site that is encouraging clicks whatsoever. I have emailed Google using a special link to report a mistake in the review. It said I would receive an answer in 24-48 hours, however it has been 3 days, and I have not heard from them. To play it safe, I have removed AdSense from this site and replaced it with a custom banner before the 72 hours were up. Not sure what Google is going to do because now they can't review the site.
Any ideas why I was sent this warning? The full text of Google's email is below.

VIOLATION(S) FOUND:

ENCOURAGING CLICKS: Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to
click on Google ads or bring excessive attention to ad units. For example,
your site cannot contain phrases such as "click the ads," "support our
sponsors," "visit these recommended links," or other similar language that
could refer to the Google ads on your site. More information about this
policy can be found in our help center (
https://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...&answer=115985
).

REQUESTED ACTION: Please make all necessary changes in the next 72 hours.

If the violations are corrected within the aforementioned time period, ad
serving will not be affected. If changes are not made and/or other policy
violations are encountered during the review process, ad serving will be
disabled to your site.

ACCOUNT STATUS: ACTIVE

Your AdSense account remains active. However, if we continue to find
problems, we may disable your entire account. Therefore, we suggest that
you take the time to review the rest of your network to ensure that all of
your other pages are in compliance with our policies.

So you didn't have any such thing on your site and you received this notice?
Did you have any titles above for your adsense ads?

    • I am completely puzzled by their email, which is why I wanted some fresh sets of eyes to look at the site. I have asked Google to clarify but they don't seem to care.
