Since this is my first post, I thought I would introduce myself a bit before I get into my story. I've been reading, reading, and reading some more about internet marketing over the past 6 months or so. I have researched a ton of different IM methods including PPC, article marketing, etc. Just recently, as in a week or so ago, I felt I was ready to begin taking action. So I did, making a review site and just last night, launching a PPC campaign. Skipping some beats, the review site isn't going well but the campaign I started last night is showing some serious promise.
Beginner hit the jackpot?

I have researched a ton of different IM methods including PPC, article marketing, etc. Just recently, as in a week or so ago, I felt I was ready to begin taking action. So I did, making a review site and just last night, launching a PPC campaign.
Skipping some beats, the review site isn't going well but the campaign I started last night is showing some serious promise.
The PPC campaign I launched last night consists of about 15 keywords (one of which is accounting for over 90% of the traffic, all are semi longtail and have <0.10 bids) and direct links to a TERRIBLE sales page which sells an overpriced product.
Around $5.00 and 72 clicks into the campaign, I made my first sale (first CB sell btw!). This is a $15.00 profit. Now I know I may be jumping the gun here, but thats a pretty decent ROI in my opinion.
Here are some updated figures of my campaign:
Main keyword: 113 clicks today with over 20% CTR!
Other keywords: Avg 15% CTR
Sales: Still only 1
I know I've only had this campaign running a day, and I plan on running it until it goes negative but here is my question.
Should I develop a similar product (wouldn't be that hard), produce a way better landing page, and lower the price? This could be a huge breakthrough for me. Making a hundred dollars a day would mean a ton to my poor college student life lol!
I guess I'm just a super excited n00b. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance!
