I know cheap and best are not normally two words that go hand in hand however can anyone recommended some software that will spin an article I write and submit it to a list of websites? Also please state if you have to build the article submit list or if a list is included.

I was looking to spend about £20 a month but there is some movement in the budget if the software is worthwhile.
