Any DECENT Adsense WP Themes?

The Heatmap Theme is good. It's not the prettiest but it does work. It's highly configurable, easy to use, and you can drop AdSense code in nearly any spot imaginable. It's $67 one time, for lifetime access.

The CTR theme is one of the best looking ones in my opinion. You can find it at a heavily discounted price in the WSO section: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...nus-ebook.html

ClickBump is another good alternative. Also, there is a new theme here: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...risk-free.html

For a free theme, try Flexibility 3. It is easily customizable. One of the best free WP theme out there imho.

I second Heatmap but if you want free then any theme can be great. Grab a free 3 column theme. Put a 160x600 skyscraper in the left column blended to match colors. Put a 336x280 box wrapped left around the main content very close to the top. Thats all you really need to do for really good CTR.

How do you take care of featured images and such on the homepage? I mean the homepage would look rather boring without.

And if you put the image then it shows in the top left of the blog post so no place for the Adsense 336x280 anymore. Are there ways to deal with that?

Well, most of free adsense themes are not really that good. I would rather pick a regular theme I like and use a plugin like Ad Injection for putting my ads in the body of my articles.

Most MFA (made for adsense) themes are ugly and too generic.

Be unique, and be rewarded

But, that headlmap theme looks very customizable, and rather great.

By generic I think you mean simple, which simple is what boost CTR.

The only people that care about a sites fancy theme images are webmasters, traffic wants content, doesn't have to be a fancy looking theme.

I agree 100% that it's the simple themes that turn the highest CTR.
